Yes. Canvo is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser, so crews can view their schedule, check job details, and update status from the job site. No app install required.

Can I have multiple crews and assign jobs to each?

Absolutely. Add each crew member under Settings → Team, group them into crews, and assign jobs to a crew on the calendar. See Crew & Safety.

Does a customer need an account to approve an estimate?

No. Customers receive a secure link to view, approve, or decline an estimate — no login required.

Can one customer have more than one property?

Yes. A customer can have any number of properties, and each job, estimate, and invoice is tied to a specific property. See Customers & Properties.

You can send invoices with an online payment link so customers can pay by card. Invoice status updates automatically when a payment is received. See Estimates & Invoices.
