Account & Billing

This guide covers your subscription, plans, upgrading, and where to find your billing history.

Canvo offers tiered plans based on the size of your team and the features you need. Every account starts with a free trial so you can try the full workflow before paying. You can compare current plans and pricing at canvo.io/pricing.

In general, higher tiers unlock more team members, advanced scheduling, and additional integrations.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose the plan that fits your team.
  3. Enter your payment details and confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

From Settings → Billing you can switch to a lower tier or cancel. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to your current features until then. Your data is preserved if you resubscribe later.

Every payment generates a receipt. Find your full billing history under Settings → Billing → Invoices, where you can download PDF copies for your accountant.

Update your card anytime under Settings → Billing → Payment Method. If a payment fails, we’ll retry automatically and email you — update your card to avoid any interruption.
